sustainable tourism while preserving the area’s natural beauty. The project will utilize renewable energy sources such as solar power,
rain water harvesting, and sustainable waste management practices like composting and recycling. Accommodations, including huts
built from eco-friendly materials and glamping sites, will be thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly with the environment.
ECAN Zoning
Based on the submitted documents, the project falls under Category A, which requires the proponent to secure the Corresponding
SEP Clearance. The project falls within the 0.5906hectares Terrestrial Traditional Use Zone (Allowable) and 0.0022ha. Terrestrial
Core Zone (not allowable) of the approved ECAN Map for the Municipality of Culion, Palawan. The development must be confined
within the allowable zone (0.5096ha) project area. Any expansion is subject to a separate ECAN Zoning Certification and/or SEP
Clearance.

As proof of social acceptability, the following were presented:
