Quisiera agradecer a todas aquellas personas que me acompañaron durante todo mi camino
para obtener mi título de grado.
A mis padres, pilares fundamentales en mi vida, a mi padre Celestino, quien hoy es mi
estrella favorita en el cielo y desde allí me sigue alentando día a día, a mi madre Teresa, que
continua entregándome su amor y apoyo incondicional.
A mis hermanos Emilio y Gabriela y a mis sobrinos Vanesa, Eduardo, Agustina y
Valentina, quienes son el tesoro más valioso que tengo en mi vida.
A mis verdaderos amigos, esos hermanos que la vida me obsequio. Entre ellos, a mi gran
amiga Dulce Nahir, con quien con mucho esfuerzo he realizado el presente trabajo,
compañera de momentos de alegría, de tristeza y de mucho esfuerzo y dedicación, con quien
compartimos una auténtica vocación social.
A mis compañeros y amigos de mi ámbito laboral, Silvia, Gustavo, Sabrina, Alejandra,

Agradezco a mi equipo de trabajo Hogar admisión Nº 2, quienes conforman un equipo de
bellas personas. Como así también a las autoridades de la Dirección de DCA, coordinaciones
compañeros de trabajo entre otros de quienes aprendí mucho. Y a todas las personas que de
alguna manera me brindaron su tiempo y espacio para realizar este trabajo.
A mi familia, por el apoyo constante y por acompañarme en cada objetivo que me propongo,
principalmente a mi hijo Fernando a quien le saque horas de su compañía, a mis papa Dulce y
