Starbucks Partner Hours - Mobile App - Quick Reference Guide

The Starbucks Partner Hours app is a mobile tool allowing employees to view schedules, request time off, and access pay statements, largely using the WorkJam platform. Partners download the app (iOS/Android), log in with their Global Username (@starbucks.com), and use QR codes provided in the partner portal for installation.

1. Download the Workspace ONE® Intelligent Hub app
Go to: https://getwsone.com to be routed to the app on the App Store
2. Open the Workspace ONE® Intelligent Hub app and Scan QR Code
Scan the QR Code provided to finish enrollment. This option will require
use of the camera on your device and the app will ask for permission to
use the camera only for this purpose.
If you would prefer to enter the initial values manually, use the following:

Group ID: PARTNER
3. Follow the prompts to authenticate and complete enrollment
Intelligent Hub may ask for permission to send notifications or to access
location, both of which are optional and are not required for enrollment
During authentication, if you have any issues with your password, please
go to Password Self-Service at https://id.starbucks.com/password or
contact the Enterprise Help Desk (EHD) at (888) SBUX-411 (7289-411).
4. Install SBUXPartnerHrs
SBUXParnerHrs should automatically install after enrollment is complete
It may take some time to get the app installed automatically
If you would like to trigger the install manually follow these steps:
o Open AppCafé (internal system only)
o Tap the Install or Processing button next to the SBUXPartnerHrs app
5. Optional: Store Manager view
Once installed, all partners will have access to the partner profile. Store
managers may toggle between their manager and partner views by
accessing the More screen and selecting Change under Persona
Overview
Partners can access certain system actions through the mobile app. To participate in this optional app, your Apple device operating system must be version 13.0 or later.
SBUXPartnerHrs app is a private enterprise app that is not accessible for download from the public Apple App Store. Enrolling your mobile device via the Intelligent Hub app

App Store.
