Request consideration of transfer of occupancy of the Venus Community Center to
Highlands County Fire Rescue (HCFR) and the surplus of the existing school house.

Request approval to move forward with the direct sale of 35 County owned surplus
properties and provide the Chair the authority to execute the Sale and Purchase

County and CMH Architects for the Traffic Operations Building, Project No. 19007, in
the amount of $66,800 and the accompanying BA# 20-21-033 to relocate funds within
the project.

Supplement (AFG)-s for a grant of $75,636.36 which requires a 10% match of $
7,563.64 and approval of budget amendment 20-21-032 and associated Resolution.

Contract Agreement for professional services in connection with the PEMT Program for
Medicaid which provides supplemental payments to Highlands County.

implementation and generation of incremental Medicaid revenues as a result of the CPE
