The Starbucks Partner Hours app is a mobile tool allowing employees to view schedules, request time off, and access pay statements, largely using the WorkJam platform. Partners download the app (iOS/Android), log in with their Global Username (@starbucks.com), and use QR codes provided in the partner portal for installation.

Installing the Starbucks Partner Hours Mobile App –Apple iOS
1. Download the Workspace ONE® Intelligent Hub app
•Go to: https://getwsone.comto be routed to the correct app on the public
Google Play store
2. Open the Workspace ONE® Intelligent Hub app and Scan QR Code
•Scan the QR Code provided to finish your enrollment. This option will require use
of the camera on your device and the app will ask for permission to use the
camera only for this purpose.
•If you would prefer to enter the initial values manually, please use the following:

3. Follow the prompts to authenticate and complete installation
•Intelligent Hub may ask for permission to send notifications or to access
location, both of which are optional and are not required for enrollment
•During authentication, if you have any issues with your password, please go to
Password Self-Service at id.starbucks.comor contact Enterprise Help Desk
(EHD) at (888) SBUX-411 (7289-411).
4. Install SBUXPartnerHrs
•SBUXParnerHrsshould automatically install after enrollment is complete
oIt may take some time for the app to install automatically
•If you would like to trigger the install manually:
oOpen managed Google Play (internal system only) in your Work Profile
oTap the Install button next to the SBUXPartnerHrs app
