This FlagT Application is to secure a tenurial instrument to be able to develop the applied area into a private beach resort while
preserving the natural beauty, biodiversity conservation, and environmental protection that will be addressed to attain sustainable
development.

Based on the submitted documents, the project falls under Category A, which requires the proponent to secure the Corresponding
SEP Clearance. The project falls within the 0.344146hectares Terrestrial Traditional Use Zone (Allowable) and 0.0612ha. currently No
Zone (not allowable) of the approved ECAN Map for the Municipality of Culion, Palawan. The development must be confined within
the allowable zone (0.344146ha) project area. Any expansion is subject to a separate ECAN Zoning Certification and/or SEP
Clearance.
Social acceptability
As proof of social acceptability, the following were presented:
1. Barangay Osmeña Resolution No. 2 Serires of 2024 dated February 7, 2024
