Istruzioni post intervento:
ASSICURARSI DI INTERROMPERE la terapia ormonale
sostitutiva (iniezioni/gel) 3 settimane prima del giorno dell’
intervento e 3 settimane dopo l’intervento, per prevenire
complicazioni e ridurre al minimo il rischio di ematomi!
Cosa altrettanto importantissima: Idratarsi molto e
camminare il più possibile evitando salite e discese, per
“buttare giù” l’anestesia ed eventuali farmaci ed anche per
migliorare il gonfiore sul petto e facilitare la guarigione.
• Cosa NON puoi fare post operazione?
PER ALMENO 2 SETTIMANE: (Se potete anche di più) NON
FUMARE e NON BERE ALCOL, per far avere una buona
guarigione ed evitare problemi ai capezzoli e alle cicatrici.
-PER 1 MESE: NON puoi alzare le braccia, fare sforzi
neanche minimi, tenere uno zaino troppo pesante sulla
schiena, fare movimenti bruschi, abbracciare le persone o
far dormire il proprio partner sul proprio petto e NON puoi
togliere la fascia se non per la doccia.
-PER 1 MESE E MEZZO: NON puoi dormire lateralmente o a
pancia in giù, NON puoi guidare.

-PER ALMENO 2 MESI: NON puoi fare allenamento o
palestra, NON puoi correre (riprendere poi con molta
calma)
-PER 2 MESI NON puoi fare il bagno al mare, in piscina,
nella vasca da bagno, NON puoi andare alle terme, NON
puoi immergerti in acqua, NON puoi prendere il sole.
-PER 6 MESI: NON puoi fare piercing al capezzolo o ai
capezzoli.
-PER 1 ANNO: NON puoi tatuarti sul petto.
Uso delle medicine prescritte:
Dopo l’intervento, quando verrai dimesso dall’ospedale ti
verranno prescritti antibiotici ed antidolorifici da iniziare ad
assumere in Hotel.
Prendere Augmentin (o antibiotico di marca equivalente) e
Apranax Plus (antidolorifico).
Assumere 1 compressa di antibiotico ogni 12 ore a stomaco
pieno. (Es: 8 di mattina/8 di sera)
Assumere 1 compressa di antidolorifico ogni 12 ore a stomaco

Gli antibiotici devi terminarli.
Gli antidolorifici possono essere interrotti una volta che il dolore
scompare.

Il medico ti dirà come prendere la medicina prescritta.
In caso di problemi allergici, vomito, febbre, ecc., corri in
ospedale per consultare il medico e gli infermieri!!
Cura dei capezzoli:
-La medicazione dei capezzoli inseriti come innesto, verrà
aperta il 5° giorno dopo l’intervento dal medico dell’ospedale.
[Nel momento della rivelazione del petto ‘Chest Reveal’]
-Dopo aver aperto la medicazione per il capezzolo, il medico
applicherà la crema Fucidine/Fusix, applicherà il cerotto per
chiuderla e dopo 2 giorni, (7° giorno post intervento) potrai
effettuare la tua prima doccia.
La temperatura dell’acqua deve essere tiepida.
