In order to complete your service request, we need easy and safe access to electrical equipment on
your property, including the meter and main breaker (i.e. no locks or concealment to prevent
turning the main breaker off). If access to the equipment is through a gate, the entry point cannot
be locked. If the equipment is in your yard, no pets can be in the area.
Responsibility
I acknowledge that I am taking financial responsibility for all consumption used on the meter
effective on my order date. I also acknowledge that I am authorizing TEP to process my request as
indicated.
